Here Are MTV Base’s Top 10 Greatest Of All Time Rappers! The SA Hip Hop industry has grown over the years thanks to a select group of rappers who have pushed boundaries for rappers to be were they are today.

MTV recently held a round table with Scoop Makhathini, Rashid Kay, DJ Switch, DJ Kenny and other panelists to judge the Greatest Of All Time rappers in SA Hip Hop. The panel rated Pro, HHP and Stogie T as the top 3 rappers of all time respectively for their influence on the game.
