SA Hip Hop Reacts To Cassper’s Global Citizen Performance! This past Sunday was a rather historic day for the South African entertainment industry with local artists taking the Global Citizen stage along with  International stars.

Despite having international stars as big as Ed Sheeran, Pharrell, Beyonce, Jay Z and Usher, the performance of the day went to Cassper Nyovest. Cassper shutdown the stage with his hit single Doc Shebeleza right before Jay Z and Beyonce took the stage which saw the rapper trending worldwide.

“If Cassper Nyovest doesn’t at least inspire you to be better in anything you do… you must have a problem,” tweeted Focalistic after Cassper’s performance. Nadia Nakai, Ginger Trill, Major League Djz, Priddy Ugly and Tweezy are some of the other artists who went on Twitter to tweet about the rapper’s performance.
