Here’s A List Of Rappers Set To Headline The Upcoming ‘Back To The City’ Hip Hop Festival
One of the biggest SA Hip Hop Music festival Back To The City is fast approaching and has already announced the artists from across Africa set to perform. The festival will take place on the 27th of April at Newtown.
The event is one of many celebrations that are aimed at celebrating the Freedom Day which is an annual celebration of South Africa’s first non-racial democratic elections of 1994 marking the end of over three hundred years of colonialism, segregation and white minority rule and the establishment of a new democratic government led by Nelson Mandela and a new state subject to a new constitution.
The tickets for this event are available at Pick’n’Pay and WebTickets, other Hip Hop stars set to perform at the event are Cassper Nyovest, Emtee, Riky Rick, Stogie T, A-Reece, Blaklez, Gigi Lamayne, Boity, Rouge, Zakwe and Reason to say the least. The event will be more about performances but also solidarity and bond within SA Hip Hop artists.
