Here’s How SA Hip Hop Artist Reacted To Durban Floods

Earlier this week the whole of South Africa suffered heavy rainfall which led to places around the coast to over-flood leading to a death toll estimated to have risen up to 51 by far.

KwaZulu Natal has been reported as the most affected place mostly around North of Durban, Umlazi. A large number of people were left homeless, the roads are flooded, there are no means of getting by the way the situation worsened. Eastern Cape is the second most affected place.

MEC Nomusa Dube-Ncube said that more bodies were discovered under the rubble as rescue operations continued throughout Tuesday night. The MEC said that hundreds of people have been displaced and are in desperate need of food and other necessities.

SA Hip Hop artist also offered to lend a helping hand where they can expressing how they are deeply moved by the situation that has claimed so many lives.
