SA Rappers Share Their #BTTC2019 Experience
Last weekend the 27th of April the biggest musical event Back To The City took place attended by countless people who were lucky enough to witness the greatest performances from the rappers that were set to perform.
Hip Hop stars that rocked the stage include the likes of Cassper Nyovest, Emtee, Riky Rick, Stogie T, A-Reece, Blaklez, Gigi Lamayne, Boity, Rouge, Zakwe and Reason to say the least. The celebration of the day had most gush over how lit it was, not only fans but musicians as well.
Most of the rappers took to twitter to express what a great show and a great crowd it was although rapper PDoto had his car stolen, he stressed how the evening was “bitterweet” for him.

BTTC also had a discussion session about Publishing, Distribution, Recording, Independent versus Mainstream, Funding, and Entrepreneurship allowing audience members a chance to actively engage speakers, facilitating access to resources as well as empowering the youth with valuable knowledge.
