Migos Fail To Settle Lawsuit Brought Against Them By Former Designer
The lawsuit against the trio rap group Migos doesn’t seem to reach an end, the rappers are denying claims brought against them by clothes designer Marcus Clark.
Marcus pressed charges against the Migos back in 2017 for failing to pay him for the clothes he designed for their music video of Bad Intentions featuring R&B Niykee Heaton. The total of the money he is suing for is approximately R14 382 350,00.
The clothes were the ones which were worn by Heaton, Clack sued for unreturned clothing and accessories. He also claimed that there were damages to the clothes. The designer is suing them R287 500,00 for the clothing and accessories, R5 750 000,00 for general damages and another R8 625 000,00 for special damages.
Migos claim they paid the designer for the items and deny committing any fraud.
