YoungstaCPT Shares Meaning Behind His Single ‘Old Kappie’

YoungstaCPT is the latest rapper to win Verse Of The Month March of his single Old Kappie.

SlikourOnLife invited the rapper to decipher the meaning behind the verses of his song. The song is featured on his latest debut album titled 3T which he stated as the best portrayal of his being for the story it entails through each verse and and beat.

The verses he deciphers start off with ‘Do I look like a criminal/Just because I am wearing different clothes/Stereotypes makes it hard/ I thought society was liberal.”

He said that the first part of the verse is about how colored people are being perceived as criminals as gangsters, and how they are viewed negatively by the society.
