Emtee On Why He Can’t Be Independent & Limited Only In Making Music

Emtee claims that he needs his hand to be held in making it in music – because he is only limited in making good music and is clueless on what’s needed to keep the career alive and kicking.

Speaking to TshisaLIVE he said that being independent isn’t something for him after it has been made clear that he will depart from label Ambitiouz Entertainment which was managing his music career. He claimed that he is focused on making good music and want to let others deal with the rest.

“Being independent isn’t for someone like me. I need people around me. I need to know where I’m going and what I am doing. I am just good at making music. That is what I focus on. I let other people do the rest,” he said.

The rapper also made clear that he will be making music with African Trap Movement (ATM) crew, which includes Sjava and Saudi, but would not be drawn on their future at Ambitiouz.

“Me and ATM run deep, man. We were together before Ambitiouz. Those are my homies, man. They are family. I don’t know what the future holds, but we are family.”
