“I Don’t Want A Feature,” Riky Reveals His Only Request From Blxckie. New wave rapper Blxckie is currently hot property on the hip hop streets and as he continues to make a name for himself in the game. The 21-year-old rapper recently appeared on Riky Rick’s Cotton Fest YouTube channel performing on ‘The Yard’ alongside Costa Tich, Phantom Steeze.

The trio performed their new track ‘Uthini’ which is their first collaboration together. The synergy between the three is fire, the video has already been viewed over 20 000 times. Blxckie shared a snippet of the performance on his Instagram page and Riky Rick commented on the post, with some serious business news.

Riky Rick let Blxckie know that he wants him to do adlibs on his album. “I dont want a feature, I just want you to do adlibs on my album bruh,” wrote Riky Rick. Fans are eager for Blxckie to answer Riky’s request positively and give him the Adlibs he wants for his album, or maybe the two will work together on an actual track.

‘The Boss Zonke’ hitmaker is a huge supporter of the new age hip hop and is all about working with the new emerging talent and giving artists a platform. Riky Rick is clearly very crazy about Adlibs now, as he even suggested that SAMAs should have a category for Adlibs, so credit can be given to those who deserve it. Sharing a clip of Blxckie, Costa Tich and Phantom Steeze’s performance on Twitter, Riky Rick wrote, “The SAMAS should have a category for Best Adlibs of the Year… just for these boys to be recognized properly.” Not all tweeps agreed with the award-winning rapper’s suggestion, with one saying, “You taking it too far now Mr Makhado, award for adlibs.”

Through his comment, Riky Rick shared that he is working on an album, which is something fans have been waiting for, whilst fans have been hearing Riky Rick on the airwaves. He has not released a full body of work since 2017 with his EP, ‘Stay Shining’, last year he did release a single ‘Ungazincishi’ with Tyler ICU and Focalistic. He has also featured on amapiano tracks, showing he is within the music scene. It is unclear how far Riky Rick is with his album but working with Blxckie might be a beneficial move for both parties.
