DJ Jawz Takes A Swipe At “SETE” Haters Following Claims That K.O Stole The Song

Taking to Twitter, DJ Jawz came through and slammed the hate that has been imposed on K.O’s SETE. with claims that the rapper stole the song. The prominent SA Hip hop DJ stated that it’s always the black person showing hate towards another black person. Jawz argued that the two songs have been around for a while and they have all been performing with beat license hence he doesn’t understand the hate towards SETE.

Lol, umuntu omyama … Its always our own. These songs have been around for long and theres what we call beat licensing. Now they talking about which came first, nna kere “Which one bangs?” Out of the 3 ive been playing 2,” tweeted Jawz.

In another tweet, DJ Jawz said that he believed that no one stole the song since the beat can be licensed by quite a number of artists. He further said that the agreement of an artist owning a beat depends on the deal agreed upon by the producer and that determines whether the artist is willing to license it or not.

“A beat can be licensed by numerous artists. I don’t think anyone stole the song. It all depends on the deal you make with the producer wether you’re licensing it exclusively or not . I dig both songs,” he added in a tweet.
