Yung Swiss Responds To Claims Of A Possibility Of Getting Sued For Using Trevor Noah’s Name Without His Consent

Yung Swiss Responds To Claims Of A Possibility Of Getting Sued For Using Trevor Noah’s Name Without His Consent. Rapper Yung Swiss has been accused of using Trevor Noah’s name to his benefit which may land him in legal troubles.

The 25 year-old rapper dropped his highly anticipated single titled Trevor Noah earlier last month. The excitement is still at its peak as fans are praising him for capturing their interest through a dope record. Unfortunately, not everyone felt using Trevor Noah’s name was a good idea.

“Used @Trevornoah brand without his consent for your own commercial benefit. He could sue you for infringement if he wanted to. For you to expect him to endorsement you is utterly delusional,” wrote the follower.

Last time out Swiss dropped a single David Genaro which is common for rappers to do – use names for big time stars in songs. Cassper has Doc Shebeleza, AKA has Caiphus Semenya and Emtee hUnless the ne was used for malicious intent it is legally unlikely for Trevor to sue the young rapper.

In response to the follower Swiss kept humble and decided not to entertain the  claims.

“I almost gave you what you’re asking for.. Then I figured I don’t have to. You could stop being so mad and invite some positivity into your life,” he replied.
