Priddy Ugly Responds To Claims That His Music Career Has Been Overshadowed By His Relationship. Priddy Ugly has been pushing his music for years now, but for some reason it seems when his relationship with Bontle shot to the public’s attention it received more attention than his music.

The rapper was signed with Ambitiouz Entertainment over a year ago. He, like many others, left due to reasons rooted to how his career was being managed. While at the stable he dropped his debut album EGYPT. The album performed well but still people were more intrigued by the relationship he has with media personality Bontle Modiselle. Some people felt that Priddy allowed his personal life to overshadow his music.

“The biggest mistake Priddy ugly has done to his brant was allowing himself to be know for who he is in a relationship with more than the actual music. Most people know who he is dating but can’t remember even one of his songs.

“Let us listen to the music without you aligning it to your relationship with your girlfriend. Let purely be about the music bro.” wrote a tweep.

To take things a little bit further the rapper decided to use his relationship to the advantage and created a joint name for him and Bontle. Now they are called Rick Jade and have dropped their debut album titled DNA one of the songs Bonita from the album has a music video they pushed by announcing their pregnancy.

In response to the tweep the rapper simply shared him the link of the album and told him to just listen to the music and stop having opinions about him. “Just listen to the music bhuti You’ll tweet after.”
