A Recent Update On The Murder Case Of XXXTentacion. The death of a young rapper XXXTentacion remains a hurtful memory. Fortunately the police managed to provide people with a bit of closure by capturing one of a number of men who allegedly shot dead the rapper.

On a recent news update by The Blast, the young man by the name of Trayvon Newsome who is held behind bars (since August 2018) and tending trial has requested for bail. Newsome’s laywer filed documents requesting a judge set bail for his client.

He contended that the client is permitted to have a pre-trial release on bond. Newsome surrendered to police and was booked on charges of first-degree murder and robbery with a deadly weapon.

“Defendant is presently being denied bond,” his lawyer argued in court documents obtained by The Blast. “Defendant is entitled to bond as a matter or right, unless proof is evidence and the presumption of guilt is great.”
