Reason Names His Favorite Local Rappers! Every artist has another artist who they grew up listening to who sort of shape and inspire the next generation of musicians.
Reason was in a recent interview with MTV Base’s Kim Jayde where he was asked which musicians influenced him as a musicians. The rapper answered the question with 4 American rappers and 3 local ones.
“Cole; Nas; Kendrick; Ye, definitely Kanye as crazy as he is; Lauryn Hill as well. Nut I got a lot of local favorites as well Prokid was one of my favorites, Proverb was one of my favorites, Zubz was one of my favorites,” said Reason Responding to the question.
