Burna Boy backtracks on “never setting foot in South Africa” now focused on “reconciliation” after boldly saying that he is “never setting foot in South African again until its government acts against these attacks”. To extend the olive branch Burna Boy is now part of the Africans Unite Concert where the Nigerian superstar says “he`s determined to lead the conversations towards reconciliation”

Following the recent xenophobic attacks and increasing reports of gender-based violence in South Africa, Burna Boy and Kwesta will headline a two-day concert in November to unify all Africans and speak out against femicide.

Presented by South Africans Tourism Departments, in Gauteng Tourism and powered by Channel O, Africans Unite is a collaborative project by the two countries and aims to rebuild trust and respect by changing the current narrative to that of unity and solidarity.
