How Drake Put On Kendrick Lamar, ASAP Rocky & Other Rappers

How Drake Put On Kendrick Lamar, ASAP Rocky & Other Rappers! Drake is undeniably one of the hugest mega stars on the planet at this moment.

The rapper has been in the game for over ten years and has dominated the music industry since. After Drake gained success, he has been putting on artists before they reach stardom which most are grateful for and some find negatives in.

In 2012, Drake put ASAP Rocky and Kendrick Lamar on his tour which gave them the platforms to become the stars they are today. The rappers have spoken about how the exposure helped thir careers in interviews on occasions.

Adding to the list of hugely successful artists that Drake put on are the Migos which earned their first Billboard Hot 100 number 1 hit with Versace. The song catapulted to number one after Drake did a remix of it despite having been successful prior to that.

The Weekend is also a product of a Drake co-sign which he now also has mixed feelings about. According to The Weekend, Drake’s Take Care album was mostly taken from his debut project House Of Ballons.

The Take Care hitmaker went on to collaborate with artists like Blocboy JB and Ilovemakonnen who earned their hugest singles from the Drake co-sign. Other Drake features that have catapulted careers are with international stars such as Wizkid, Popcaan, Skepta and Black Coffee.
