“It’s too Ghetto until an American do it,” Ma-E On South Africans Who Judge His Music

“It’s too Ghetto until an American do it,” Ma-E On South Africans Who Judge His Music. Former Teargas member Ma-E has raised a point of how South Africans have made it a norm to love more what’s theirs when Americans seem to be into it.

In the entertainment industry we often see how American artists often sample South African styles to test their levels of versatility. It is something most people appreciate but Ma-E feels its “funny” that for South Africans to consider a certain way or style of doing things it must be acknowledged and used by Americans.

“It is so funny to see how AMERICANS make SOUTH AFRICANS love thier own things even more… It’s too Ghetto untill an American do it, that’s the concept right? Lol? Niyahlekisa yazi.

In addition to his views , the rapper has a new EP out titled Two For Joy. It’s the first big project for 2019. Last time out he dropped a collaborative with K.O, before then it was a music video for his 2018 track LeVibe.
