Kwesta Reveals Umshubelo Music Fest Line Up With A-Reece Despite Their Rivalry! In the past few years we have seen more and more Hip Hop events hosted by local artists being held.
Kwesta joined the race a few years back with his Umshubelo Music Fest which has done pretty well over the years. The rapper is currently working on his fourth instalment of the event which will be held on the 16th of December at the Huntersfield stadium in Kwesta’s hometown in Katlehong.
He recently revealed the lineup for the event on his Twitter which has several local Hip Hop acts. What stood out most on the lineup is A-Reece’s presence on the lineup. The Meanwhile In Honeydew hitmaker has been booked several times on the lineup.
Earlier this year we saw Kwesta address A-Reece’s comments on the Kwaito influence in SA Hip Hop on his song Welcome To Katlehong. It seems the banter between the two wasn’t that serious as A-Reece is still booked for the event despite this. Check out the lineup for Umshubelo Festival below.
