Stogie T States The Way He Judges How Literate SA Hip Hop Fans Are. As most may agree Hip hop is one field that is forever overflowing with controversy and intense debates.
Stogie T has recently posted his view regarding the word ‘stan’s and its origin. The PTSD rapper clarified that Eminem isn’t the reason the word stan is used the way it is now. In short it is a slang for “fan” and Nas came up with the way it is used now, according to Tumi.
“Eminem didn’t make Stan a word in the way we use it today. Nas did that,” wrote Stogie. As expected fans debated the tweet some disagreeing with it and offering reasons as to why.
Through the back and forth comments Stogie proclaimed that SA hip hop fans gave him a reason to judge just how literate they are where Hip hop is concerned.
