“SA Hip Hop Has So Much Hate’ – Cassper Nyovest
Cassper Nyovest has made it clear how he feels about SA Hip Hop and he is not happy at how hip hop artists don’t celebrate each other instead find comfort in hating.
On his latest tweet Mufasa questioned why there has to be hate when people can just join forces and make best of the genre. Cassper’s tweet is quite ironical considering that he has beefed with a number of artists in Hip Hop including the likes of Emtee, Riky Rick, JR and his longest rival AKA. The message could be a call for truce and peace.
“South African Hip Hop has sooo much hate. Dawg, My success is your success, your success is my success!! We are Hip Hop!! Why does it have to be like this? I don’t understand…I remember the days we used to celebrate that a hip hop artist won best male…Now it’s dark.” wrote Cassper.
The rapper pretty much implied that SA Hip Hop has turned into politics, and that if it was up to him there would be solidarity and love in SA Hip Hop not the unnecessary enmity.
