Zaddy Swag Reveals Why Emtee Wasn’t Selected For The Love & Hip Hop SA Cast. SA Hip hop lovers were taken inside the lives of their favourite rappers through the reality TV show Love And Hip-hop SA. The show housed exciting characters from the SA rap game, including Gigi Lamayne, Yanga Chief, DJ Speedsta, Moneybadoo, J Molley, FIFI Cooper, Da L.E.S, and Shane Eagle.
One of the SA rappers who thought he was supposed to be part of the cast is Emtee. The Hustler took to Twitter and said they did him dirty by not including him. “Mane I was supposed to be on this love n hip hop SA sh**. Bang’gabhile,” he tweeted.
In a new twist, Zaddy Swag who is currently having a rift with Emtee, took to Twitter and revealed the real reason the award-winning rapper was left out for Love And Hip-hop SA cast. Zaddy claimed that the production company did not want to work with Emtee because of his reputation.
Zaddy also added that Emtee was desperate to have a reality show and he tried to advocate for him to get selected to no avail. In his efforts to assist Emtee get a gig on a TV reality show, Zaddy stated that he approached another production firm, but they turned him down, citing the rapper’s negative image.
“I remember a production team calling me asking if I think they should have him on the SA LOVE & HIP HOP, after he had done screening for it. They had doubts to put him on cause of his reputation, I tried advocating for him, they still played it safe and spurned him.
“He wanted to have a reality show so bad, I called another channel to try get him his own, they still had doubts and their sentiments were the same. So let him have a field swearing at me here on Twitter, adding more reasons why no corporate will ever wanna touch him.” He wrote.
Emtee is currently embroiled in a squabble with Zaddy Swag, about which he has not provided any details. The rapper rushed to Twitter to remind Zaddy that he should not greet him when they cross paths. “@Zaddy_Swag when u see me don’t greet me, don’t talk to me cos ng’hlaba ngenye impama msun wakho,” he tweeted.
