French Montana Get Slapped With A Lawsuit Of Sexual Assault & Battery. Latest reports have come forward with the news that American rapper French Montana along with his associated have been slapped with a lawsuit of sexual assault.
According to the Blast publication the woman whose identity is being protected alleged that she was raped at Montana’s home.
The publication revealed that the lawsuit included assault and battery, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring, supervision and retention, and negligence.
The statement went on to list how the No Shopping rapper “had a longstanding practice of inviting women to their recording sessions, or choosing women at bars, and inviting them back to the Hidden Hills house.”
In addition the woman claimed Montana would provide drugs and alcohol with the intent “of engaging in sexual acts with them, without any regard to whether or not they consented, or were able to consent.”
French hasn’t reacted yet to the news.
