Photos! Kid X Marries Longtime Girlfriend! Whoever said rappers don’t like settling down wasn’t talking about South African rappers… well at least most of them.
Every other month, an SA rapper gets hitched and this time it’s Kid X’s turn. The Mntanomuntu rapper, real name Bonginkosi Mahlangu paid lobola for his girlfriend Dudu Chili this past weekend.
Taking to Instagram, the happy couple shared the beautiful news and photos from their big day. “Changing your last name.. MAHLANGU,” Kid X captioned the sweet photos.
Dudu also took to Instagram sharing her lobola news quoting a scripture about marriage along with cow emojis confirming the lobola. “Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife and they shall become one flesh’Genesis 2:24,” she wrote.
Friends of the pair which include Kwesta, Zinga, Yanga chief congratulated the pair on their union and wishes them a good life ahead. Guess it’s another hip hop wedding on the way!
