Trying to worm one’s way into the industry is never easy, but what seems to be uneasy is the pressure to keep afloat. When an artist is new to scene, one of the great advantages to push for dominance is by associating with the big names.

PH Raw recently shared how he went through a devastating period on his come up. He revealed that he was also one of the artists who wanted to go big by working with big artists. Unfortunately for PH, he was brutally ignored. He put it out bluntly that big artists give you no response and advised that its best to focus on the average ones.

“I use to chase all these big artist for features and to work…my broer, you get ignored, no response as if you asking for a favor…switched my attention to the new cats, they’ve been good to me.”
