Judge Seizes The Game’s Record Label Over Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

Judge Seizes The Game’s Record Label Over Sexual Harassment Lawsuit! A woman who filled a lawsuit against American rapper, The Game for $7 million seems to have won the fight as she just won the rights to the rappers ‘Born 2 rap’ album and all royalties to any future projects belonging to the star.

It’s safe to say the women by the name of Priscilla Rainey has the rapper right where she wants him as she has now taken over the rapper’s independent label, LA Prolific after being granted all rights, title and interest in all money related to the record label, which was set to release the former G Unit member’s upcoming album including any salary belonging to him.

Priscilla originally sued the rapper in 2015 after she alleged that Game rubbed his hand on her bare vagina during a recording of the rapper’s reality show ‘She Got Game’. However, he went on to deny the allegations and disrespected the court by missing numerous court dates including the trial in 2016.

The court stated “All third parties who receive notice of the order are directed to pay any and all money or property due, or to become due, under the order, directly to Plaintiff either: (1) by cheque payable to Priscilla Rainey and delivered to Plaintiff’s counsel until judgment is satisfied in full”

Things could potentially get messier for the rapper as the case could further developed in to a criminal case.
According to the judge if Game were to ever hinder the outcome of the case and attempt to collect money he could be faced with a charge of contempt.

In February of 2016, the court awarded Rainey a judgment of $7,130,100 followed by the court upholding the ruling against the rapper in October 2019, ordering the him to pay the sum of $7 million to Rainey in full.

We are 100% sure that the rapper has learnt a tough lesson that no matter what happens, always keep your hands to yourself.
