L’tido On Being Uncredited For His Contribution In SA Hip Hop

Tido feels his music hasn't received the recognition it deserves

L’tido On Being Uncredited For His Contribution In SA Hip Hop. Over the years SA Hip Hop has been growing in multitude ways all thanks to the rappers, producers, DJz and presenters who never lost the zeal to push.

In the process of advancing the game certain artists were highly appreciated for their contribution. Unfortunately not all of them received the acknowledgement and mere praise for the part they played.

Rapper and Businessman L’tido counts as one of the artists who has been going through lengths to place his mark. Even with all over 20 songs on digital stores included albums, the rapper implied how his work has been unappreciated.

Although he admitted once that he was to blame for not pushing hard in marketing his last album, he states people only appreciate you when you dead.

Tido went silent for a while in music to a point where some fans begged him to release at least a single or two.

Tending to the itchy requests, he announced Ghetto as his next release. On the day the single was expected to drop he revealed his former label Universal delayed the release.

“So I just got news that Ghetto won’t be dropping today, Universal was blocking my release. I am sick and tired of this sh*t, when are labels going stop exploiting artists. I left the label a couple of months back and they tryna block me for releasing,” he said.

To this day the single hasn’t officially dropped.
