YoungstaCPT On How Reason Put Him On The Spotlight When He Moved To Johannesburg. For years we have been blessed enough to witness SA groom talented rappers who are now the best entertainers in the industry.

One more thing that has been good to see is how rappers opened up the industry for one another.

YoungstaCPT recently opened up about how rapper Reason helped him gain popularity when he got to Johannesburg over 3 years back. The 3T rapper was in his prime rocking the boat of Hip hop in Cape Town and resided there. In time he decided to have residence in JHB to expand his possibilities and opportunities.

“2015, I had just moved to JHB to peruse rap. This was @Kool_Out party, @ReasonHD told me to freestyle & what you see here is us choosing 5 words from the crowd,” wrote Youngsta.

On the other news the Kaapstad rapper is nominated along Nasty C in the Ugandan  awards for ‘rapper of the year’. In addition he won two awards last year on South African Hip Hop Awards after great appraisal for his solo album 3T.

All the above mentioned serve as proof of how binging through Cape Town and Johannesburg benefitted the rapper’s career.
