Ruff Grants Confirmation On Whether Or Not Sjava Will Be Getting Back To The Scene
After the rape allegations surfaced Sjava went on mute for a while. It worried fans that their beloved star has taken a step back, and haven’t even been participating on any IG performances and interviews.
Despite being guilty or not fans still wanted Sjava to drop a few songs. The rapper went AWOL and has only made headlines on speculations that he desperately wanted to depart from Ambitiouz Entertainment.
Record label boss Kgosi Mahumapelo told Sowetan yesterday the recording, publishing and marketing deals that Sjava signed with Ambitiouz still stood and will continue to be active for a few years to come.
“An artist or label cannot opt to renew a contract that is still active and will be for a few years to come.
“All three contracts are active and Ambitiouz have not requested the artist to renew any,” Mahumapelo said.
Ruff further confirmed that they will be dropping new music with Sjava.
