YoungstaCPT Partners With Western Cape Heritage To Brush Up On History! As we near the youth month, YoungstaCPT is celebrating his Cape Town heritage by exploring four history landmarks in the Western Cape Area.

The rapper took to twitter to share his new found hobby of youth activism saying that it is up to the people to push forward and tell the untold stories of South Africa and where it comes from.

“Been brushing up on my history to understand more of what took place in South Africa, lots of untold stories & with less youth activism than ever I guess it’s up to us to take charge so starting today I’ll be dissecting 1 of 4 Wes-Kaap Heritage sites” he wrote.

Youngsta’s style of rapping is heavily influenced by South African history and the Cape Town lifestyle so it’s no surprise that he had to get involved for the culture.

In the video he posted on twitter about the project, the Main Ou’s collaborator spoke of what the project will entail. Youngsta will be covering four major heritage sites in the Western Cape and a website will be launched with further information about the program.

“We’re embarking on an interesting journey for the next few weeks partnering with the Western Cape Heritage, we bringing you the audience out there a list of landmarks and cultural heritage sites in the Western Cape, Cape Town and why these places are important for us to know” he said
