“I genuinely had a crush on her,” Zola 7 On Unathi. Back in the times Zola 7 dominated the music industry he released hit jam titled Sana Lwami featuring media personality Unathi.
On a recent interview the rapper revealed that his collaboration with Unathi. The single was a hit released in 2007 when both artists were still at their prime. Over 10 years later the song still remains as a reminder of the crush Zola developed for Unathi.
“I left because I had a genuine crush on her, and she killed it (the song). Then I came back and said this is the song but there was a problem with the song, the bass was from the computer. So DJ Cleo went and got a bass guitar.”
Unathi recently divorced her husband Thomas Msengana, they share two children together. Zola is on the verge of revving his music career after years of silence.
