Wale Shades J.Cole For The Spotlight He Recieved For Being Part Of Ongoing Protests. American rapper Wale has become the latest rapper to express how he feels on other artists getting the spotlight.
Earlier this week J.Cole became one of the biggest artists to march down in protests of Black Lives Matter campaign. All this was following the police brutality display which claimed the life of George Floyd in addition to countless others.
People were impressed at how the rapper unexpectedly showed face and expressed how passionate he was for the course. After all, most of his songs recite such incidents.
Wale on the other hand wasn’t so pleased by the spotlight the rapper had. Cole isn’t the only celebrity who marched, included also are the likes of Keanu Reeves, Ariana Grande, Ice Cube and .. to mention a few.
When a fan told Wale to take note from Cole’s participation he lashed out.
“I am sick and tired at y’all acting like your messiah was the only one outside, suck my d*ck,” he wrote on a deleted post.
