K.O is currently out of the country touring East Africa and he is enjoying the vibe out there. When he dropped Cara Cara there were several remixes from all over the continent and Dar Salam had a couple aswell.While in Dar Salam K.O was interviewed by Bongo5.com about his career, the hip hop industry and so much more.
Mr Cashtime spoke about how he met Ma-E and Ntukza in university. Ma-E and Ntukza were a duo and K.O was solo but because of the funds to kick start their careers they decided to join forces and that’s how they started Teargas.
“Couple years later we decided that we wanted to re-brand that and form a bigger lifestyle label that seems to have shifted so many things not just in South Africa but on the continent.” K.O also talks about the famous Tanzanian diva Vanessa Mdee and calls her a Cashtime Life re-presenter.
K.O also mentions that he has several tracks with the Supa Megga that are going to drop and they are going to change the whole game. Check out the full interview below:
