“Nobody owes you jacksh*t, this is not a creché” – AKA On Giving Upcoming Rappers A Chance

“Nobody owes you jacksh*t, this is not a creché” – AKA On Giving Upcoming Rappers A Chance. After stating so bodly how nonsensical he found the recent statement made by Scoop, Mega went on to address upcoming rappers.

Scoop mentioned on a PopCast that rappers such as AKA, Cassper and Kwesta should take a break in music. He partly reasoned that a break would open up more opportunities for upcoming artists.

Mega put it all out there that upcoming Hip hop artists must stop expecting baby sitting in the industry. He implied how the game being tight should compel everyone to soar and thrive without any free handouts.

“A lot of upcoming artists think they deserve a “chance” … listen here, nobody owes you jack shit,” wrote AKA.

He added that he also forced his way into the industry amongst the greatest to ever do it. By this he was letting it be known that upcoming rappers can still make make it even with the GOATs dominating.

“When I FORCED my way into this industry, I had to do it amongst some of the greatest names SA has ever seen. This is Hip Hop, not crèche … nobody “gets” a fucking “chance”.”
