Cassper Addresses President Cyril Ramaphosa About The Killing Women & Children In South Africa. As a major influential artist in the industry hip hop artist Cassper Nyovest decided to use his voice for the greater good.
The soon-to-be father took to social media to express his outcry on the rapid rise on the killing of women and children in South Africa. Unlike most celebrities speaking on the matter, Mufasa decided to address President Cyril Ramaphosa to do something and real fast before a lot more women and children disappear or get murdered.
“Mr President!!! The women and children in our communities are perishing at the hands of men!!! All we hear is “we need to do better” but nothing is ever done. It is not getting better !!! When will this doing better begin ? .@CyrilRamaphosa,” wrote Nyovest.
The Good For That star was making reference to the recent cases of the women who have been murdered by a serial killer in UMthwalume, KZN. Another big case is of a 19 year old girl named Kwasa from the Eastern Cape who was stabbed a number of times of by an ex-lover.
On the 8th of June, 28-year-old Tshegofatso Pule, was found stabbed in the chest and hanging from a tree in a suburb of Johannesburg.
In another incident on June 12, 27-year-old Altecia Kortjie and her 7-year-old daughter Raynecia were found dead at a house in Cape Town.
But, these are merely two of a million similar incidents hence the urgent need for drastic action.
