Rouge Shares Why She Remains SA’s Top Female Rapper

Rouge Shares Why She Remains SA’s Top Female Rapper. Rapper and singer Rouge made it clear once that she is the greatest female rapper in SA. The femcee’s statement created a long thread of controversy, she has proven once more why she still stands by her words.

Since awards are the biggest topic these days because of the SAMAs, one social media user questioned if Rouge ever got nominated before. What may have compelled the star to put out her resume the way she did was the tweep patronizing her status as a rapper.

“Not only nominated but won a SAMA in 2018 on my ONLY project and the only female rapper to do so till now. Not to mention the only female rapper to be nominated for best Hiphop album ever. don’t come for me unless I send for you.”

Rouge revealed that she wasn’t nominated at the SAMAs because she didn’t submit any of her work. She is currently working on an album she hasn’t announced a release date for. The lead singles are Popular and One By One.
