"I Didn't See My Own Mother For Six Years" Zoocci Speaks On The Sacrifices He's Made For His Career

Zoocci Coke Dope is one of the most respected producers and hip hop artists in Mzansi right now and in a recent interview, he spoke of the hard work and sacrifices he’s made in his career to be the G.O.A.T that he is today, which includes putting his family and personal life on hold to focus on his dream.

In a sit down interview shared on twitter, Zoocci opened up about how he has had his eye set on being the greatest at what he does which lead to him having compromised family time and not seeing his mother for a couple of years because he was afraid to miss out on the happening of the industry, but most of all he’s fear was to come back after time off and not be relevant.

” I didn’t see my mother for six years, like every time I thought of going yo see her my only thought is what am I gonna miss, or will I come back and still and fit” he said.

The producer also spoke of where and how he draws inspiration for his work, expressing that he gets his motivation from any and all forms of media, be it a video or still images which can easily influence his artistic direction within a project. Zoocci also spoke of what mostly inspired his latest project Anxiety, revealing that his aspiration to be brilliant at his craft is what mainly drives him as an artist to create iconic music.
