Yanga Chief Releases New Single BBAF & Avails Upcoming Album For Pre-order. Award winning Hip Hop star Yanga Chief has finally granted fans with a fresh single titled BBAF, a leading record from upcoming album Pop Star.
Pop Star is set to release on the 27th of October following Becoming A Pop Star which won hims awards and an increasing fan base. The Eastern Cape born rapper expressed once that this new album changed his life, he didn’t specify in what way but it’s evident how successful he is getting as an independent artist.
Speaking of the album during an interview with OKAYAFRICA, Yanga called it the greatest musical piece he has ever done
“It’s the greatest music I’ve made to this point. And on this album I finally feel free, in a sense that even the award just helped me close a chapter of recognition and stature. That door is now finally closed for me. And I can just continue making music freely. So the plan with this album is to take it globally and also just visually, as the director of the videos, the story will also be told there. So I’m very excited with the album,” said Chief.
