Yung Swiss Receives 9x Platinum Plaque For His Contribution On Speedsta’s Single Mayo. While others move in sound letting the public know of what they up to or what they winning, others move in silence and still win big. After all, there’s no formula into how the game is run.
We have witnessed Yung Swiss winning with the tracks David Genaro, Jungle and Trevor Noah. What is not always making headlines are the moves he makes in silence which pay off in numbers. The 26 year-old has done more for the game even invented his sub-genre called Xikwembu in relation to his heritage.
Swiss was involved in the hot hit single by DJ Speedsta titled Mayo. The single was recently announced as 9x certified platinum,for his contributions he received a word of thanks and a plaque.
“Nine times Platinum proudly presented to Yung Swiss by DJ Speedsta and Sony Music Entertainment Africa for your contribution on the single Mayo which has sale in excess of 180 000 units,” read the certificate.
