“No American wannabes will be accepted here,” Nota Comments On Big Zulu’s Impact In SA Hip Hop. Nota Baloyi has made a name for himself as the most controversial member of the SA music industry, more especially Hip Hop. At times he is brutal and sometimes pays compliment, either way he remains raw and honest.
At this point it can never be denied that Big Zulu is one of the rappers who owned the year 2020, it has been achievement after achievement for the KZN based rapper. Ungqongqoshe Wongqongqoshe is the project that introduced Big Zulu to an even broader audience earning him top positions in charts.
Nota commended the rapper for his impact, his authenticity and now he has managed to rise at the top with pure SA sound. He is currently at the top on iTunes charts with his singles Vuma Dlozi and Imali Eningi, across all genres.
“Big Zulu is also punishing Spotify on behalf of SA Hip-hop… MacG, I told you so. No American wannabes will be accepted from now on. South African Hip-hop has its own identity,” wrote Nota.
These views reflect to what Rashid Kay has been saying about the Isiginci rapper.
