Tweezy Shares His SA Hip Hop ‘Producer Of The Year’ Award Win With Alie Keys

The South African Hip Hop Awards took place this past weekend and even though things were done virtually this time around due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we can confidently say that Uncle Vinny who hosted the show kept the masses entertained throughout the evening.

Awards ceremonies are known to be rather controversial as many who feel they are deserving unfortunately get snubbed however, award winning producer Tweezy was not one of those people as he walked away with the ‘Producer Of The Year’ win at this years ceremony.

Having previously praised Alie Keys for his legendary work as a producer and musical director, Tweezy took to twitter and expressed that he is sharing his win with Alie, whom was also nominated in the same category.

“I share my Producer of the Year title with this king right here. The producer of the best Hip Hop Album of 2020. King ALIE KEYS…What a Legend” Tweezy wrote.

Alie Keys is responsible for many of our favourite hip hop bangers including Cassper Nyovest’s 5th studio album ‘Any Minute Now’, Tshego’s ‘Pink Panther’ and so many more.
