Cassper Reveals Why He Didn’t Shoot Visuals For ‘Bentley Coupe’! To accompany a smash hit single, rappers always shoot creative and unique music videos to exist next to the single. Rapper and Family Tree Records CEO Cassper Nyovest is known for various music videos with flashy cars, expensive alcohol and money being thrown around with close rapper friends sometimes making appearances in the videos.
In response to a tweet admiring his 2017 album Thuto, a fan asked the Destiny rapper why he hadn’t released a music video for Bentley Coupe. The fan wrote, “I still wanna fight you for not shooting the music video for Bentley Coupe”. Cassper replied, “Shooting music videos is expensive and sometimes it becomes a waste of money when you do the math. You won’t make the money back. It’s tough. Times have changed.“
The rapper only released three music videos from Thuto. Destiny, featuring songstress Goapele, Superman featuring Tsepo Tshola Tito Mboweni and Baby Girl. The music videos did well on YouTube with over 10 million views collectively.
The superstar rapper constantly shares his thoughts and upcoming plans with his twitter fans and recently took to the platform to share that he is working on something to be ready in the first quarter of 2021. The rapper wrote, “Enough about the fight, I know it’s boring now. I got a dope project I’m working on. A first of its kind. Might be ready 1st quarter of the year. Another step into the direction of becoming South Africa’s first Hip Hop Billionaire. We thinking outside the box. Super excited!!!”
