PH Raw Claims His “FGWL2” Is The Best SA Hip Hop Project This Year. The rapper PH Raw came through this year with an album titled “From Giyani With Love Too” that contains 15 tracks and a bonus track. The project is bolstered with a host of features that give the record a variety of sounds. 

FGWL2 is PH Raw‘s third long-form project in his career, as well as his first release of the year, as he hasn’t released any projects or singles in a long time. PH Raw claimed on Twitter that his body of work is the best ever produced in SA Hip Hop this year.

The famed rapper and producer stated that he has listened to all of the South African hip-hop projects released this year and that none of them come close to his “FGWL2.” “…imma say it again. IVE LISTENED TO ALL THE SA HIP HOP ALBUM RELEASES IN SA!!! NONE OF THEM COME CLOSE TO “FGWL2”… i respect the big singles, but you not EVEN CLOSE to me when it comes to WHOLE PROJECT. SONG AFTER SONG!” He tweeted.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, PH Raw had to delay the project’s release, but he eventually dropped what he believed was the best in the game this year. “Due to unforeseen circumstances, the pre-sale of “From Giyani With Love Too” has been postponed to the 14/10/22. Please be patient with me as I too am disappointed with the delays as it’s out of my control,” he wrote.
