Pic! Blaklez Pays Tribute To His Late Mother With Throwback Photos. Many rappers have paid tribute and shared childhood stories about their parents through the music, to honour them for being there throughout the tough times.
The reality of life is that time is nobody’s friend and some have unfortunately gotten their time with their loved ones cut short. One person in particular who know a bit about the loss of a mother is rapper Blaklez.
Taking to twitter, the Lepara hitmaker paid tribute to his late mother Josephine by sharing a few sentimental photos of her. Many of his followers and industry friends flooded his TL with well wishes and condolences. Blaklez also revealed that his mother passed 8 years ago so he is now at peace with her departure.
“Thanks. It’s been 8 years so it’s all good” he wrote.
Blaklez has opened up about his mother on his single titled Turn The Lights Off featuring PDotO taken off his Don’t Mind The BS EP. The second verse dedicated to his mother sees the rapper sharing his grievances about life since her death and is a reminder that even though she is gone, she is not forgotten.
