Zoocci Coke Dope On SA Hip Hop – “SA Hip Hop lacks diversity”
It is highly unlikely for SA rappers to be the ones to admit that the game is slowly becoming stale with all the similarities it has proving the lack of diversity and versatility.
On the interview Zoocci Coke Dope had with Slikour they also touched on the topic of SA Hip Hop, the rapper boldly stated that he feels SA Hip Hop “lacks diversity and it seems like more artists are using the same formula or template to make music.”
He said that being diverse would makes the game competitive and better with everyone wondering what you going to do next rather than delivering the same songs with different voices all the time.
“It’s so annoying to just hear that formula, template and sound , okay i know what he was going for but this is what everybody is going for every time they make the song. it’s bad and i don’t like that,” said Zoocci.
He further made comparison to America wich he states has a vast variety of artists who offer different things all the time.
