Blxckie Reveals What Happened On The Day He Was Robbed. No one can dispute that Blxckie is the man of the moment in SA hip hop right now. Just like any other artist, the rapper experienced his own fair share of difficult times in pursuit of his dreams.

During his interview on MyDm Podcast, the Ye x4 hitmaker revealed some of the struggles he went through and how he got robbed in the process. “It was like a Thursday I don’t know midday vibes I’m walking to school like my bag on I just got to Durban I used to be in PMB, I just got to Durban and I’m trying to get back into the whole vibes of things,” he revealed.

The rapper further explained what happened when he was approached by a group of people who claimed all the belongings he had that day. “So I have like my laptop and everything because I’m going to go register and these n***gs pulled up on me dawg like (laughs).”

“They took the whole everything down, at first it was just like my phone and whatever and then they were like what’s in that bag and I’m like urgh, they took the bag I was left with nothing it was hectic,” said Blxckie

The rapper might look back to that day and see it as a blessing in disguise since he is now the biggest artist in SA hip hop. Somnyama’s b4Now album has made him take a stamp in the rap culture and he has attracted collaborations with top rappers in the game.

Recently, the rapper released ‘Cold’ a love song in celebration of Valentine’s Day, as if that was not enough he also featured on another love song ‘Sondela’ with the likes of Riky Rick, Tshego, Yumbs and Raspy.
