The radio DJ and producer recently took to his twitter account to say that people shouldn’t use the excuse that Hip Hop has too much politics to divert away from Hip Hop. He said that people who say that should mention the exact time when Hip Hop didn’t have any politics.
His tweet read, “Please don’t use the excuse “Hip Hop has too much politics” if you wanna switch lanes. Mention the year or the era when Hip Hop had no politics. I’ll wait…“.
