Stogie T Drags Rashid Kay For Posting An Image Of Who He Thought Was Solomon Mahlangu. Commemorating South African veterans who fought for the freedom of our country is important and allows for more people to engage in the history of our country. Even when showing them love, it is equally important to make sure you know who you are talking about!

In a now deleted post, Rashid Kay took to his twitter page to post an image of who he thought was Solomon Mahlangu at his execution. He captioned his post “Remembering Solomon Mahlangu“.

Award winning rapper Stogie T quickly responded to Rashid’s post, posting the correct image of Solomon Mahlangu and saying that the image that Rashid posted is clearly an African American man and that the producer not knowing what Mahlangu looks like is troubling considering he tells people what’s really authentically African.

Stogie T’s tweet wrote, “This is Solomon Mahlangu. That is clearly an African American man being hung, frankly that you cannot tell is both troubling and pathetic. Especially considering you wanna be the one to tell people what’s really authentically african. Pathetic.

The heavyweight rapper has expanded his brand recently and launched the second season of the popular Freestyle Fridays on Channel O. The show has hosted a number of amazing guests including the likes of Maglera Doe Boy, Miss Pru, Shane Eagle, and Busiswa. He is set to hand out the award for Verse Of The Year 2020 to a deserving emcee very soon. The nomination list for the award includes Priddy Ugly, P Dot O, Zakwe, YoungstaCPT and many others.

On the music front, the rapper dropped the music video for his single Dunno featuring Nasty C. He has also appeared on A-Reece’s track BRAVO off his new album Today’s Tragedy, Tomorrow’s Memory: The Mixtape.
