Black Twitter Weighs In On AKA’s Decision To Have A “Tell All” Interview
Black Twitter Weighs In On AKA’s Decision To Have A “Tell All” Interview. Through the years, AKA has always had a loyal fan base in the form of the Megacy. With the announcement of his sit down interview on the horizon Black Twitter has some mixed opinions about the upcoming interview.
It was recently announced that AKA is set to have a sit down interview with eNCA journalist Thembekile Mrototo around the events of the passing of Anele Tembe. The interview is set to be produced by production company BarLeader TV and will take place on the 22nd of May 2021 at 7pm.
Black Twitter weighed in about the upcoming interview, with some feeling that it’s a brave move for the rapper to do the interview with others feeling that it might not be a good idea for him to do the interview for various reasons.
A fan mentioned that they feel it’s time for him to speak up and everyone should listen to what he has to say. Another fan of his agreed saying that the rapper should speak his truth with others agreeing.
One tweep strongly mentioned that he feels the rapper is innocent and wrote, “He is innocent of any wrong doing but his side of the story doesn’t matter cause it doesn’t suit the agenda of ending his career anonymous tembe has been lying to newspapers but no one questioned it but it doesn’t matter as long as Kiernan goes down Speak your truth“.
Other tweeps had different opinions with one explaining that it’s too soon for the rapper to speak out because there are too many legal questions and he might incriminate himself in the process. “#AKAkhulume Too soon. There’s so many legal questions in his case and might even self incriminate himself in the whole thing. As his advisor would have written a script for him or tell him not to do any interviews until cleared by police. It might not end well for him.”
This is how others weighed in.
