Sho Madjozi Drops Music Video For 'Shahumba' Off 'What A Life' Mixtape

The Huku hit maker took to twitter to share the release of her second music video from her ‘What A Life’ EP. Madjozi released the video for Jamani and teased the video attaching the link writing “The link“.

The Jamani music video was shot in Mombasa Kenya and was directed by Nezzoh Montana. The music video shows off all that Mombasa has to offer and Madjozi gives the audience her infectious energetic self in the video. Having only been release for three days, the video has already been viewed over 78k times.

The first music video from the ‘What A Life’ EP, Shahumba was loved by Madjozi’s fans across the continent. She collaborated with Tsonga musician Thomas Chauke in an adorable music video about a young girl who is trying to navigate life in her hometown. She reflected on their collaboration mentioning that she was so blessed to have collaborated with Thomas Chauke to create the masterpiece that they did. She also became the first artist to collaborate with Thomas Chauke.

Madjozi has celebrated two international billboards in 2021 already. She celebrated appearing on a billboard in New York’s Times Square and in Eaten Centre in Toronto Canada. She mentioned that one of the best things about making it to an international billboard is that she gets to bring local talent on the journey with her.

She also appeared on a New York billboard for her addition to YouTube’s Black Voices Class of 2021 next to other South African creators.
