How SA Rappers Reacted To #SAHHA2015
Award ceremonies are there to recognise individuals that have put in work that made an impact. There has been a controversy surrounding the SA Hip Hop Awards nominees list this year. The list was released on Friday and we have seen several notable names speak out about them.

“Regarding the SAHHA nominations. Miss Me” said Tumi on Twitter. Last night we saw one of the organising members twarring with Toya Delazy after she shared her feelings about the award show and how they are sexist. There are only 2 female rappers nominated in the best female category because most of the artists didn’t have a body of work out this year and having a body of work is a criterion they use in the category.
